Our Customer Service Policies:
Here is General Information, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), on our Customer Service Policies. If you do have any other questions regarding our service policies or anything else, please Contact Us or CALL US at 817-255-0403
1. How much do you charge?
2. Do I have to pay more for a bigger dog?
No you don’t. Your Dog size is not a factor in determining the price.
3. How often does our company come out?
Most of our customers prefer service once a week. Other service schedules are available. If you would like to know more about service more or less often than once a week, visit our Pricing Page or call us.
4. Do we work through the winter?
Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove do waste through winter. Some customers prefer to put service on hold for the cold months, although there may be an extra service charge for the first cleanup the following spring.
5. What happens when it snows or rains?
We will work in most weather, but snow or very cold weather can stop us. If there is more than about half an inch of snow, we will postpone that day’s service until the next day or two, when the snow melts away. If there is so much snow that we are prevented from doing that week’s work, we will not charge for service that week. If snow stays on the ground for more than a week, but there is no new snow to cover it, we will do regular cleanups to prevent excessive accumulation. Our company will usually work in the rain. A Very heavy rainfall may stop us, though. We will most often be able to make up the work later that week.
6. Do we work on weekends and holidays?
We do not work the following days:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will post a work schedule in the customer Newsletter attached to your service. Service returns to the regular day the following week.
7. Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you. If you like we will loan you a combination lock at no cost to you.
8. Should I mow my lawn/property?
Yes. For us to effectively scoop up all the dog poop we need your lawn as short as possible.
9. Can we work with your dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker in the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask you to restrain or confine the dog. We don’t want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
10. What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call the company office in time for us to tell the service worker to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reasons you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days.
There will also be no charge for the service missed due to weather or some other event beyond your control. However, If you gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.
If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so that you won’t be charged.
11. How do I pay you?
We will send you an invoice in the mail at the end of each
There is a $5.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 15th of the month following the service.
12. Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No – We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel the service.
13. Is there an extra charge for the first time?
With your prior approval, there may be an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time.
‘One Time Only’ price is applied for the first time clean up for a yard that hasn’t been cleaned up for a month or more.
For more on this check our Pricing Page.
14. Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?
15. What does your company mean by “SATISFACTION GUARANTEED”?
