Your Recent Orders, Shipping & Billing Addresses, Account Details & Password:

From your account dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

After You Place Your Order:

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message via email. You will also be notified via email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery, Shipping & Handling Fees:

Our shipping fee is as ‘per product’ basis i.e. different products have different fees, depending on the size of the products.

We do offer FREE handling and packaging on all products.

Please note that we can only ship to U.S or U.S dependencies (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands) and cannot ship orders outside of the United States. We ship to PO boxes but unfortunately do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this moment.

Products get delivered in an amply sized, well-protected box (or envelope, depending on the size and fragility of the product)

Product Shipping (Delivery):

Orders placed for products will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Some orders may take up to 7 days to process.

We know you are anxious to receive your products as soon as possible but please be patient. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are going to try our very best to achieve that goal.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays, therefore, Shipping times are based on business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control, like severe weather, shipping may be delayed.

Returned orders:

For some reasons, if your order is returned to us, we’ll get in touch with you straight away.

Please double, triple check your shipping address you have provided in shipping and billing addresses.

F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions):

>>> My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

Some orders may take up to 7 days to process, depending on the how long it takes for our ‘payment gateways’ to process your payments.

We know you are anxious to receive your products as soon as possible but please be patient. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we are going to try our very best to achieve that goal.

We post all deliveries to the shipping address you provide on your account, so check your account to ensure that the shipping address is the correct one. We will email you the tracking number which you can enter here – Track Your Package, to see where your package is at a particular moment.

>>> Where is my tracking number?

Once the package gets submitted to the Post Office for processing and shipping, we will receive the tracking number and will email it to you as a ‘note added to your order’. So, make sure to check your email for the tracking number.

>>> I can’t find my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your Spam or Junk folder (or even the deleted items folder) as you are likely to find your confirmation emails in one of these folders.

This is a common query that we receive from customers who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and similar POP email accounts. Why? Because these email accounts often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from any retail website.
