After You Place Your Order:

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message via email. You will also be notified via email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery: Shipping & Handling Fees:

We have a flat delivery fee of $ 7.00 for products purchases of $75.00 or less. For the purchase of products that are more than $ 75.00, we offer free shipping. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

US Shipping Only (And No PO Boxes):

At this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States, ship to PO boxes or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. However, we do ship to the following U.S. Territories – American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Product Shipping (Delivery):

Orders placed for products will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays therefore Shipping times are based on business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (severe weather, lost or stolen packages etc.)
Returned packages:

If your package has been returned to us, we’ll get in touch straight away. If the address you provided is correct, we’ll send it out via standard post at no charge to you. If the address provided is incorrect, you may have to pay an additional postage charge.

F.A.Q (Frequently Asked Questions):

>>> My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. Where the address you have provided is not 100% correct, we will need to wait for the products to be returned to provide any kind of refund, but we will be happy to help you place a new order if you need the products earlier.

>>> Where is my tracking number?

Since we only do standard deliveries right now, the packages do not have a tracking number, so check with your local post office. In the vast majority of these cases we find that your local postal service had attempted delivery, but failed to leave a notification in your letterbox. If you have any kind of problem please contact us.

>>> I can’t find my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your Spam or Junk folder (or even the deleted items folder) as you are likely to find your confirmation emails in one of these folders.

This is a common query that we receive from customers who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and similar POP email accounts. Why? Because these email accounts often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from any retail website.
